OEM Toyota Rear View Camera Adapter → RCA

The adapter allows you to retain your factory Toyota reversing camera after replacing your radio with a multimedia device equipped with an RCA (Cinch) camera input.

The device converts the signal from the original camera to a standard RCA connector and provides the 6V power required by the factory camera. Depending on the car model, the adapter can also generate a +12V reverse gear signal, or this signal can be connected directly from the vehicle's wiring.

Wires:

• Red - +12 V after ignition switch (ACC, terminal 15, fused)
• Black - ground (GND, terminal 31)
• Brown - Reverse signal output +12V

OEM camera supply voltage: 6 V

OEM camera pin assignment:

• Pin 11 - +6V
• Pin 23 - ground
• Pin 12 - Video +
• Pin 24 - Video -

Before installation, it is recommended to check the correct pin assignment by measuring the voltage on the factory radio.

Important information

• Designed exclusively for vehicles equipped with a factory reversing camera.
• Not compatible with factory 360° camera systems.
• Compatibility may be limited on some models with dynamic guides.
• After installation in many multimedia stations, the reversing camera function must be activated in the device menu.
