Jingle AVAS 2.0 - ACOUSTIC VEHICLE WARNING SYSTEM (GPS Antenna Not Included) From July 1, 2019, all zero-emission vehicles must emit an audible warning signal when moving: JINGLE AVAS is the solution! Made by Passenger, JINGLE AVAS is a true ACOUSTIC VEHICLE warning system, able to generate a warning externally while driving to advise pedestrians of the arrival of the car. JINGLE AVAS 2.0 complies with UNECE Regulation No. 138: 2016 of the European Commission. Electric cars are completely silent and therefore potentially dangerous! JINGLE AVAS 2.0 is able to play an audible warning outside of compatible electric vehicles, making driving and interactions safer in traffic. JINGLE AVAS 2.0  emits an audible signal to alert other road users of the vehicle's presence, thus protecting everyone. It is also possible to define sound alerts with 3 different sounds: spicy indirect momentous By default, the module is set to the requirements of the reference standard. The default mode is based on the canbus protocols listed in the compatibility table (next page). JINGLE AVAS 2.0 has many customizable options. Automatic activation when the vehicle starts moving Playing different tones according to different vehicle speed modes Automatic shutdown above and 20 km/h Ability to enable/disable the system by the user Noise level in accordance with regulations The function is also active in reverse gear Possibility to update the unit to new canBUS protocols Waterproof speaker DEFAULT MODE By default, the module is set to work with the Canbus of compatible vehicles, but if your vehicle is not listed, a simple configuration can make it compatible with the standard SAE-J2284 or ISO 15765 OBD diagnostic protocol. MODE VIA SPEEDPULSE WIRE If the vehicle does not have the diagnostic Canbus protocol and is not even compatible according to the list, the device can be set to work with the vehicle's speed (odometry) cable. in this case, identify the vehicle's odometer cable and connect it to the odometer input on the module. MODE VIA ANTENNA GPS Pasera If your vehicle is not listed in the compatibility list or compatible with diagnostic canbus and is not equipped with an odometer cable, you can use the module by connecting it to the GPS Paser antenna (supplied separately).
