For all goods, if there are no other warranty conditions specified in the product, purchased from www.marsietis.lt, ordered directly from us or purchased in our shopping center at Vilniaus g. 230, Siauliai, with warranty service.

If the items we distribute are purchased from other sales outlets, please inform us of the failure at the point of purchase directly.

www.marsietis.lt e-commerce system has a warranty period for each item.

The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase of the product. After purchasing the item, you will receive a purchase document and a warranty passport, which you must keep for the entire warranty period. By purchasing the product you agree to all the warranty terms of the goods.

The address, the recipient, the telephone number and the description of the fault are written on the sheet.
Deliveries can be made using the "LIETUVOS PAŠTAS" AB service by registered way. The sender pays for the shipment.

After inspecting the device and removing the fault, we will return the product to the address indicated by AB "LIETUVOS PAŠTAS". Repair time is 1-15 calendar days.

Warranty not applicable:

For counterfeit devices
If a fault occurs due to environmental factors (rain, snow, frost, storm, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood) or accidental external influences (voltage drop in the power grid, etc.).
If the fault is caused by transportation, storage, non-compliance with operating rules or incorrect installation.
If the equipment is repaired or modified by a non-certified specialist.
If the fault is caused by objects, liquids, insects, etc. entering the unit.
Devices with clear external defects (clear mechanical damage, cracks, cracked antennas, dents, hull damage, etc.).
If mechanical or thermal damage to components is detected.
If the warranty label is damaged.
ATTENTION, legal entities are granted a warranty period of 12 (twelve) months for all goods unless otherwise specified in the description of the goods.
To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that you carefully read the product manual if available. The warranty is valid only if the sales document correctly and accurately indicates the product model, quantity, date of sale, signature of the seller's authorized person. The manufacturer's warranty obligations apply only if the conditions of use of the product are not violated.

Non-warranty items:

We do not only guarantee, but also post-warranty repairs. Since we import all the goods ourselves, we will offer the cheapest repair of the device. We repair all computer equipment, accessories, GPS navigation and other electronic devices.
