Steering wheel adapter for Chevrolet / GM models with 48Pin OEM Sat Nav connector

The Chevrolet/GMCSWRGM-49AA Steering Wheel Control/Pad Adapter allows you to retain the original steering wheel control functions after replacing the factory radio with an aftermarket radio/retrofit unit. Depending on the vehicle's equipment, the range of functions, and the software of the aftermarket radio, some functions may be omitted or replaced with other functions. Before installation, compare the harness connectors shown in the picture with those in your vehicle and make sure they match both visually and technically. You should also check whether your vehicle was originally equipped with one of the listed OEM head units. Before final installation, check the vehicle's functions, car settings, and the operation of the steering wheel controls. Note:GM LAN 29-Bit Connectors:

• connector: 48 Pin GM → loose wires,
• connector: OEM SWC → 3.5 mm jack*,
• connector: factory OEM reversing camera → RCA male, yellow,
• Connector: OEM Rear Seat Entertainment A/V System → RCA Male / Female, Red / White / Yellow.

The DIP switch settings should be selected according to the manufacturer of the aftermarket device being installed. Details can be found in the manual.*For aftermarket radios with 2- or 3-wire connections, cut off the 3.5mm jack plug and connect the wires according to the manual. Blue/White wire: +12V after ignition / remote to amplifier. Supported vehicles with and without BOSE / Y91 OEM amplified system. Supported vehicles with OEM factory navigation. Chimes function with volume control supported. Rear PDC parking sensors supported. Rear Seat Entertainment supported. OnStar is not supported. Front PDC parking sensors are not supported. Speed signal is not supported. SWC steering wheel controls for XZent / Zenec HU 1-wire units are not supported. Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana Van diesel vehicles are not compatible. Optional accessories: ISO radio adapter power / speakers → 15cm fly leads, part number: 1432-02. Diagnostic LED:

• blue flashing → searching for CAN Bus,
• blue steady light → CAN Bus active,
• red → active ignition current +12 V.

Available signals: Re-imported vehicles or vehicles with a different software version may be incompatible with selected functions.

• pink: +12 V after ignition, terminal 15,
• orange: +12 V backlight, terminal 58,
• purple-white: +12 V reverse gear signal,
• speed signal is not supported.

SWC - Steering Wheel Control. Supported functions:

• BOSE / Y91 OEM amplified system,
• BOSE Premium amplified system - no fader adjustment,
• chimes,
• PDC rear parking sensors,
• reversing camera,
• Rear Seat Entertainment.
