The parking sensor is a device that aids in parking and reversing a vehicle. It operates on the principle of sonar—it emits ultrasonic waves that, when reflected from an obstacle, allow the vehicle to determine the distance between itself and the obstacle. When reversing, the device accurately detects obstacles in the vehicle's path and warns the driver with an audible signal.

The LED-COB display features COB diodes that change color depending on the distance to the obstacle, indicating the distance accurately to tenths of a meter. The built-in speaker (buzzer) that warns of obstacles has three volume levels (high, low, and muted).
