The parking sensor is a device that aids in parking and reversing a vehicle. It operates on the principle of sonar—it emits ultrasonic waves that, when reflected from an obstacle, allow the vehicle to determine the distance between itself and the obstacle. When reversing, the device accurately detects obstacles in the vehicle's path and warns the driver with an audible signal.

The buzzer can operate in three sound modes: high, low, and completely silent. You can change the mode using the switch on the housing.

The black exterior TRUCK parking sensor features a mounting bracket that bolts to the bumper. It can be used without a base for bumpers with a rounded profile.
