Worm clamp Diameter 16-27 mm Clamp width 9 mm The worm clamp is made of a wide steel strip covered with a galvanic coating (alu - zinc). It is used to attach flexible rubber, PVC and other round conduits to input and termination stubs, etc. The tape has rounded edges to protect the conduit against damage. The clamp screw has a hexagonal head with a straight or cross recess. Asymmetrical embossed teeth on the tape, combined with the screw, ensure that the clamp rotates in the direction of the torque.
