GaN Technology

The EcoFlow RIVER 3 power station utilizes a next-generation semiconductor—gallium nitride (GaN)—which guarantees higher energy efficiency and reduced energy loss compared to commonly used silicon. GaN technology is frequently used in 5G networks, electric vehicles, and consumer devices, and has now been integrated into the EcoFlow RIVER 3 series power stations. As a result, they are optimized for extended runtime, reduced size, and lower noise levels.

With an output of 300 W, expandable to 600 W in X-Boost mode, the RIVER 3 can power devices such as portable heaters, electric stoves, and portable refrigerators. There are also two USB-A ports (12 W each, 24 W total), one USB-C port with up to 100 W, and a 12.6 V car socket with 100 W. Charge the station however you like. Using the AC outlet, you can get it ready for further use in about an hour. You can also charge it via a car outlet—this allows you to recharge the RIVER 3 while traveling so you can power your equipment once you arrive at your destination. Solar panels with a power output of up to 110 W enable a full charge in just a few hours under good weather conditions. You can also use a generator.

The station's LiFePO4 battery offers greater safety than traditional lithium-ion batteries and provides up to 3,000 full charge cycles while retaining 80% of its original capacity. This means you can enjoy a reliable power source for about 10 years.

Compatibility with the EcoFlow app
