The Dash Cam is an easy-to-use high-definition video recorder with a 2.4-inch LCD screen. With a wide viewing angle, it will reliably record the entire road along with GPS coordinates and detailed time where and what happened during the traffic. Trust your Dash Cam to capture great quality footage in both daylight and darkness. Mount the dash cam to your windshield and record your driving in 1440P resolution. The dash cam records continuously using the included microSD™ card. You can always expand the storage capacity by inserting a larger microSD card (up to 512 GB, sold separately; Class 10 required). Play back recordings immediately on the dash cam screen or later on your computer.

Your witness that never blinks

No need to worry about turning it on or off. When the Dash Cam is connected to a power source, it starts recording automatically and marks the recorded locations if an incident occurs.

All events are time and location stamped, so you know exactly where and when it happened. When you review the recordings on your computer, you can see the coordinates of your travel location, date, time, speed and direction of movement.

The Dash Cam has a built-in motion sensor (G-Sensor) so that in the event of an incident, your camera will know to save the previous, current and next video clips to preserve the full information about the incident. And all this will be recorded on a microSD memory card.

To fully assess the consequences of an incident, you can remove your Dash Cam from the mount and take photos outside the car.

The Dash Cam has built-in Wi-Fi®, so you can sync your recordings to your smartphone by downloading the free Garmin Drive app. This makes it easy to share your recordings with friends or insurers.

Drive with extra warnings

Dash Cam has extra safety features for safer driving. Forward Collision Warning¹ warns you if your car is too close to another car in front. Lane Departure Warning¹ warns you when you cross lanes. And when your car is stopped in traffic or at an intersection, a "Go" notification will let you know when the car in front moves.
