1. Place the food in a special vacuum bag.


2. Open the vacuum sealer.


3. Straighten the end of the bag and insert it into the vacuum sealer opening, making sure it is properly positioned on the sealing strip.


4. Close the vacuum sealer lid tightly.


5. Press the 'Vacuum+Seal' button.


6. Blue lightindicates that vacuuming is in progress;red light- that sealing is taking place.


7. When the process is complete, open the vacuum sealer lid and remove the vacuum bag.

Important:Do not use with too wet or spicy products (fish, bones). Do not fill the bags more than ¾ of the volume. Use only specially designed vacuum bags. Preheat the appliance for 30 seconds before use. After several uses, let the appliance rest for 1-2 minutes.
