The Zigbee gateway is a control center for smart home devices that controls smart devices locally (by ZigBee) and remotely (by Wi-Fi, TUYA app).
It can work with many ZigBee devices such as smoke detector, gas/window alarm, motion sensor, water leak detector, etc.
The ZigBee Gateway also supports WiFi devices. When the Wi-Fi is disconnected, the smart gateway and the automation of the devices are still working.
The device can be be connected to the TUYA SmartLife App for device adding, reset, third-party devices control and Zigbee group control, meeting smart home requirements.
When combined with different types of ZigBee devices, the smart gateway can be used as home security system, fire alarm system, environment monitoring system etc.
The TUYA app supports multiple scenarios and timers, as well as multi-language broadcast. Scenarios enable to program devices (or groups of devices) to switch on/off under certain temperature, lighting or other environmental conditions (by connecting a sensor corresponding to those conditions), and according to time settings or device states. Automations enable timer, countdown or time settings for devices operations. Voice control is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
