• Since the HVL-F60RM2 is designed and manufactured by Sony, it can be paired with α camera bodies to ensure consistent exposure of the GN60 every time the flash is used. The HVL-F60RM2 supports focal lengths from 20mm (14mm with wide shield) to 200mm.
• When using a compatible camera, the white balance is automatically adjusted to make the subject's face look natural. The HVL-F60RM2 works with the compatible camera's face detection system and perfectly illuminates the main subject even in groups.
• Because of Sony's own design, this advanced flash unit transmits color temperature data to the camera, which uses it to fine-tune the white balance so that colors always look natural.
• The flash illumination angle is automatically adjusted to match the focal length of the lens used in the 20-200mm range. Light distribution is also adjustable for optimal exposure using full-frame or APS-C format.
• Advanced electronics and construction contribute to fast processing times and continuous flash photography for long periods of time. Four batteries provide power for more than 240 flashes per 1.7 second recycling cycle.  The optional FA-EBA1 external flash battery adapter can achieve a recycling time as low as 0.6 seconds.
• Heat-resistant materials and an optimized flash algorithm increase resistance to overheating, allowing for longer flash photography.
