Tensioner mechanism for the ERGO transport belt 0.4 m 50 mm 5T AMIO-03995

500 daN belts, i.e. ERGO belts, differ from the standard belt with a 50 mm tensioner in size and construction of the tensioner.

A larger, more durable tensioner with a longer lever allows for better strap tension parameters, which means that the load is pressed harder against the ground and therefore immobilized more effectively.

A longer lever and a stronger tensioner allow the strap to be tightened more tightly than standard straps with the same amount of force. A value of 500 daN means that the load will be pressed to the ground with a force of 500 daN, or 500 kg. The STF value of standard 50 mm tensioners ranges from 300 to 400 daN (depending on the manufacturer).
