The speaker adapter is used to connect new speakers. In most cars, the speaker installation is finished with a factory bone. The adapter shortens installation, without the need to cut the loudspeaker cube and solder wires to the loudspeaker. One side of the speaker adapter plugs into the factory speaker cube, the other side slides onto the connectors in the new speaker.
