The Sermoon S1 uses a unique combination of several scanning technologies, allowing you to precisely match the operating mode to the specific task. A single laser line allows for accurate mapping of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas, 7 parallel blue laser lines capture fine details with high resolution, and 34 cross lines significantly speed up the scanning of medium and large objects. The whole is complemented by an innovative four-lens NIR structured light, which enables fast, markerless scanning of large objects, including human silhouettes.
The scanner offers a scanning accuracy of 0.02 mm and a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.08 mm/m. These parameters allow for precise, non-destructive inspections in various industries, as well as accurate reproduction of complex geometries and technical details. Thanks to its optimized optical path, the Sermoon S1 effectively handles deep cavities, narrow gaps, and recesses, maintaining high accuracy even in difficult scanning conditions.
The advanced hardware design allows for scanning speeds of up to 90 fps and data acquisition of up to 1,428,000 points per second. Parallel line and single line modes operate at up to 90 fps, while cross line mode operates at up to 70 fps, enabling fast scanning of large areas without losing detail. The increased field of view further speeds up work on larger objects by reducing the number of scanner passes required. The device allows you to scan objects ranging in size from 5 mm to 4000 mm, which means it is suitable for digitizing both small components and entire vehicles.
The built-in temperature compensation algorithm ensures stability and repeatability of measurements during long-term use. AI-supported software simplifies complex scanning processes by automating subsequent work steps. The Sermoon S1 integrates seamlessly with professional tools for further data processing, supporting standard file formats and enabling smooth post-processing. The enlarged field of view of a single frame significantly reduces the number of markers required, improves tracking stability, and realistically increases work efficiency. The maximum scanning area for the line laser is 506 × 433 mm at a distance of 600 mm, while the infrared mode allows you to scan an entire human silhouette in about 1 minute. This solution is designed for fast data acquisition without compromising quality control.
The scanner is designed to deliver repeatable and stable results both indoors and outdoors. Whether you're working in bright sunlight or complete darkness, the Sermoon S1 maintains high scan quality. The acceptable ambient light intensity reaches up to 100,000 lux for single and cross laser line modes and up to 50,000 lux for 7-line mode, giving you great freedom in choosing your workspace.
The CrealityScan 4.0 system offers animated 3D calibrations, clear start screens, and a training environment that makes it easy for new users to get started.
