The sensors are activated automatically when reverse gear is engaged in the case of rear sensors or by pressing the brake pedal for front sensors. The control unit is factory calibrated. The front sensors are activated by pressing the brake pedal (brake lights on). After pressing and releasing the brake pedal, the sensors operate for 15 seconds. The system will turn on when an obstacle is detected at a distance of up to 80 cm from the vehicle. The detection of an obstacle is indicated by a distance indication, a graphic display and additionally sound via a built-in loudspeaker. The set is equipped with high-class sensors with a flat collar. The sensors are completely waterproof. They are also resistant to weather conditions such as snow, rain or fog. If necessary, it is possible to varnish the sensors with 1-2 layers of varnish (on your own). The set includes the necessary assembly elements: a drill with a hole saw, wiring such as a power cord and sensor cables, as well as a power supply unit, sensors and a display or buzzer, depending on the set. Thanks to intuitive assembly and fastening elements, you can easily and quickly install the parking assistance system yourself. A universal product, it fits most cars, we also have extensions for delivery vehicles if the wiring from the kit turns out to be too short.
