The Newell RS3-P1 remote control is a must-have for every photography enthusiast. The device is characterized by high build quality, ease of use, and low price. It is a replacement for the Panasonic DMW-RS1 system remote control.

The RS3 wired remote control allows you to take perfectly sharp images using a tripod. When the shutter is released by pressing the camera trigger, the camera starts to vibrate, making it very difficult to take a sharp photo. The remote control is used for long exposure shots (e.g. night shots), macro shots and shots using a long focal length. The remote control has a shutter release lock, allowing you to use Bulb mode and continuous shooting mode (if the camera has such functions) without holding down the button.

The two-level shutter button works just like a camera shutter release - press halfway to focus and press all the way down to release the shutter.

The remote control does not require a battery. It is made using Plug Play technology (ready to use once connected).
