ICOM IC-F1000 VHF IP67 resistance

The Japanese company ICOM IC-F1000 is a professional radio station, waterproof and dustproof according to the IP67 standard.

It comes with a Li-ion battery and a fast and automatic battery charger. One battery charge is enough for up to 14 hours of operation (with Li-ion battery BP-279).

The radio station can be immersed in water to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Extremely thin, the housing with the battery is only 24.5mm thick. The dust-proof housing is protected from dust, sand, dirt.

The station is not programmed to any frequencies.
Like all professional stations, this one requires a dedicated frequency and a permit for registering them with the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA).
