Print labels without a computer

The QL-820NWB works like a regular label printer - simply create your own label on your PC or Mac, then print it. You can also load frequently used labels into the device's internal storage. Use the control panel to view your stored labels, select and print the label you need. You can even print the current date and time or let the printer calculate the future. This is perfect for printing food packaging labels and providing "test date/next test" information.

Various connection options

The device has built-in USB, wired Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. AirPrint and MFi certification (designed for iPod/iPhone/iPad devices) ensure maximum compatibility with Apple products.

Print from PC, Mac, iOS and Android devices

With the free P-touch Editor label design software for PC and Mac, you can create labels with text, barcodes, images and frames. Alternatively, you can download the free iPrint Label app for iOS and Android from your app store to quickly create and print labels wirelessly from your mobile devices.

Printing from Microsoft Office applications and databases

The P-touch Editor Microsoft Office add-in (Windows only) lets you select and print data directly from Word, Excel and Outlook with just one click! You can also import text saved in Excel or .csv files into P-touch Editor. Simply place each field on a label layout and you can print multiple labels in the same format (design). Perfect for printing address, product and price labels.

Print labels in various sizes in black and red

The rolls are designed for preparing standard labels of fixed dimensions or continuous length labels - the built-in cutter will cut the label to the required length (up to one meter). You can also draw attention to important information by highlighting it on the labels in red*. Perfect for highlighting expiration dates, allergens and other important information.

Built-in LCD screen for easy use

The large backlit graphic display allows you to easily select the labels you want to print, stored in memory. Preparing the device for use and configuring it becomes much easier. In addition, in the event of a malfunction, the display shows instructions on how to solve the problem.

Large selection of labels for different needs

The QL series label printers use Brother DK rolls - easy-to-insert rolls that allow for quick label changes. There are several types of rolls:

· Self-adhesive paper and plastic film-coated labels of the specified dimensions.

· Continuous length self-adhesive paper and plastic film-coated labels that can be cut to the length you need (up to 1 meter).

· Non-stick cards are perfect for receipts and name tags

· Self-adhesive labels that can be removed and re-attached.
