The BIXOLON XM7-40 is a rugged 4-inch premium label printer for industrial applications such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, transportation and logistics. It features top-of-the-line printing performance of 127 mm/sec. 203 dpi, line-free printing when needed, a clear 240 x 320 pixel color TFT display and an integrated peeler. The rugged, compact design is dust and water resistant to IP54 and can withstand repeated drops from heights of up to 1.8 m.

The XM7-40's 6,800 mAh lithium-ion battery ensures a long operating time and can be charged via the USB-C interface if necessary. Other interfaces include standard USB 2.0 and serial, as well as optional Bluetooth 5.0 with MFi certification and WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n. In addition, the mobile printer impresses with 128 or 256 MB SDRAM, 256 or 512 MB flash memory and a high level of compatibility with common operating systems such as Android, iOS and Windows, market-leading programming languages ​​such as SLCS, BPL-Z, BPL-C and BXL/POS.
