Thanks to this technology, batteries are protected against dangerous overvoltages, too low voltage and extreme temperature conditions..
The system's primary function is to continuously monitor the condition of the battery cells. When a low voltage is detected in any of the cells, the VE.Bus BMS V2 generates a pre-alarm signal, allowing the user to react before more serious damage occurs. Furthermore, in case of critical voltage values, the system automatically stops the operation of inverters and disconnects other energy consumers, minimizing the risk of further damage. Battery protection is a key element, as improper use can significantly shorten their lifespan.
Another advantage VE.Bus BMS V2 it is possible to automatically turn off chargers and inverters in the event of overvoltage in the cell or exceeding the permissible temperature values. Thanks to the advanced monitoring system, the system responds to adverse changes in battery performance at any time, protecting them from overheating, which significantly impacts their longevity. This is a particularly useful feature in emergency situations. when the main power supply is unavailable and communication with a management device is necessary.
