The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC Hotel Battery Charger is a professional, adaptive, 3-stage DC-DC charger with built-in Bluetooth. It allows direct charging of a hotel battery from the alternator, limiting the current and protecting the battery from overcharging. It is designed for dual-battery systems in vehicles or boats where the main battery is charged by the alternator and starter battery. The device can be monitored and programmed via the VictronConnect app, remotely controlled, and features engine run detection. A built-in sensor supports Euro 5 and Euro 6 alternators, and the engine shutdown detection feature prevents the starter battery from discharging after the vessel is turned off.
