The Cyrix-Li-Load is an advanced device designed to protect LiFePO4 batteries from over-discharge. It reliably disconnects the load when the battery voltage drops below a safe level, preventing damage to the battery. The device works in conjunction with a VE.Bus BMS or smallBM power management system, ensuring the battery is always in optimal condition.
Automatic reconnection
The Cyrix-Li-Load responds to changing battery voltage. If the battery voltage increases after the load is disconnected, the device will automatically attempt to reconnect after 30 seconds. However, if three attempts fail, the Cyrix will remain off until the voltage reaches a safe level (above 13V) for at least 30 seconds, indicating that the battery is being recharged.
Application in DC systems
The Cyrix-Li-Load 12/24-120 is the ideal solution for protecting 12V or 24V batteries with a current of up to 120A. The device is designed for use in DC systems such as campers, emergency power systems, and photovoltaic systems. Alternatively, you can also use BatteryProtect, which is characterized by exceptionally low current consumption.
