If the other technical specifications, such as voltage and connectors, are compatible, the battery is suitable. A battery's capacity is measured in milliampere-hours (mAh). If the replacement battery has a higher capacity than the original, it will provide a longer runtime. If the capacity is only slightly higher or lower than the original battery, there will be no significant change in runtime. You can use batteries with different capacities without any problems.
State-of-the-art lithium-polymer cells for optimal device performance

Lithium-polymer batteries (also called LiPoly or LiPo batteries) belong to the Li-ion battery family. They are characterized by low self-discharge, long lifespan, and high capacity. Compared to other Li-ion technologies, the energy content of Li-polymer batteries is somewhat lower, but they are more resistant to overcharging. A notice: For the MM42, the 3-pin connector from the previously used battery must be transferred; for the MM66, DT66 and MM42SE, it must be soldered on.
