Modern design
We all want to improve how we cook. These days we all watch cooking programs with an appetite almost as great as our ones for the food itself. This has meant that we want our implements to be as good as the ones that leading chefs use. We also have over the years, all of us, been developing our palates, eating more adventurous and foreign foods and wanting to replicate those same dishes in our own kitchens. When designing these pans then we wanted to create something which encapsulated that ambition to expand the culinary experience, leading to this modern and sleek design.

External heat-resistant coating
A specially designed outer coating protects the surface from carbon deposits, facilitates maintenance and maintains its original appearance for a long time. It differs from press aluminium pans with thicker walls and a multilayer bottom. All of these factors combine to massively optimize the cooking experiences. No longer will you be cooking on pans with suspicious black markings on them or be spending ages trying to remove carbon deposits and scraping and scratching away at your pan. Simply clean your Carina pan with ease and hang it back on your hook in less than a moment.

4-layers marble coating with gold dots
These pans not only come with a beautifully presentable gold dotted pattern but also a specially designed 4-layer Pfluon non-stick coating. This includes a base for ultra-high resistance and durability, a layer that is anti-abrasive, a second layer that leads to non-sticking and further added non-stick surface. Non-stick interior coating is more than just a trend. It is an essential 4-layer non-stick material that leads to far more heightened performance. It means you can cook with a minimum amount of oil due to a four-layer durable and highly abrasion-resistant non-stick surface. And, as an added bonus, the water-based non-stick interior coating doesn't contain Cadmium, Lead, and Perftroctanoic Acid (PFOA).

Ergonomic soft-touch wooden handle
These Carina models are obviously exceptional objects to look at and will provide an excellent accompaniment to any kitchen no matter the design - both traditional and modern. However, the design process didn't just stop at that. They are also uniquely pleasant to touch and handle which will make them a joy to work with. And, furthermore, they have a convenient hinge for hanging, allowing you to organize the workspace in your kitchen in the best way. This means that as soon as you are done using your pan you can simply hang it away to dry, out of sight, out of mind.

Induction bottom
Cooking with an induction cookstove is very beneficial. It heats fast, is energy efficient and safe to use as well. These kinds of stoves require special pans with a magnetic bottom and so that is why the bottom of this Carina pan is smooth and flat so electric currents can flow easily through its base. Induction compatible pans also work on gas, electric, radiant, and smooth cooktops meaning that the Carina range is super compatible with any kind of kitchen no matter what the appliances or their format are. This means that should you move home, you won't have to change pans.
