Steering Wheel Control Adapter Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Lancia / Mitsubishi / VW - CRUX SWRCR-59 CRUX SWRCR-59 is an adapter that allows you to retain the factory steering wheel control functions after replacing the original radio with a non-factory radio / aftermarket multimedia unit. The adapter is designed for selected car brands Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Lancia, Mitsubishi and Volkswagen Depending on your vehicle's equipment, the factory audio system version, and the features supported by your installed radio, some features may work differently, be replaced by other features, or may not be supported at all. Signals provided

• pink: +12V after ignition, terminal 15
• orange: +12 V backlight, terminal 58
• purple-white: +12V reverse gear signal - vehicles with automatic transmission
• pink: speed signal - not supported on all vehicles

Important restrictions

• blind spot sensors are not supported,
• PDC/parking sensors are not supported,
• speed signal is not supported in all vehicles,
• in vehicles with manual transmission, the reverse gear signal may not be supported,
• fader adjustment on the factory OEM amplified system is not supported,
• In 2002-2009 vehicles with an analog Infinity OEM system, the adapter may not support the factory amplifier,
• In the case of a factory Infinity amplifier, it may be necessary to bypass it and connect the speakers directly,
• Steering wheel controls for XZent / Zenec 1-wire radios are not supported.

LED diagnostics

• blue LED flashes: CAN Bus search,
• blue LED is lit continuously: CAN Bus active,
• red diode: active current after ignition +12 V.
