The BPA-free BACKMEISTER ® Big White offers 15 saved programs for bread (also gluten-free), jam, cake, pasta dough or yoghurt. With the powerful, robust AC motor, among other things, 3 bread sizes and 3 degrees of browning can be made and selected - for the removable baking pan and the double kneader (both with ceramic non-stick coating).
