This high-performance flash features a dust-, splash- and freeze-resistant (-10°C) design in a compact and lightweight body. When used with weather-sealed OM-D series cameras and M.ZUIKO PRO lenses, you can shoot in harsh conditions with peace of mind. This top-of-the-line high-intensity flash comes with a maximum guide number of 58, and the combination of the camera's in-camera image processor (TruePic) and TTL sync technology provides optimal lighting for shooting.

Since the flash is equipped with a wireless lighting mode, you can take advantage of high-intensity multiple flash photography using wireless control, allowing you to control up to 4 groups of flashes, select whether a specific group should fire, compensate for flash output, and adjust various parameters. Another very welcome addition is the slave function - simply attach a flash to the camera hot shoe and use it as a master flash using the command function. Of course, Olympus' unique High-Resolution Shooting, Focus Stacking and Continuous Focus functions are also supported, and it's now possible to shoot at shorter intervals than before! The FL-900R features a built-in LED movie light for use with the OM-D in low-light or backlit conditions. Ideal for lenses with focal lengths of 12x0mm (24x0mm*) or longer.
