Newell C800D is a rugged, full-featured battery grip for Canon EOS 77D, 800D, 9000D, T7i, X9i cameras. This device provides a better grip on the camera, improves the comfort of shooting vertically and extends the operation without changing the camera's batteries.

The grip serves two main functions. One of them is to extend the life of the camera by providing an additional power source. An additional LP-E17 battery can be inserted into the battery pack.
