Midland Alan 78 Pro

Alan 78 Pro is the little brother of Alan 48 Pro. Can be powered by 12/24 V voltage sources. Compact radio station for small spaces. Alan 78 Pro output power (1W / 4W) which can be changed according to country laws. The Alan 78 Pro is high-tech and excellent at dealing with all kinds of noise: it has a Digital Squelch to eliminate background noise and a Noise Blanker to eliminate ambient noise. The Alan 78 Pro is designed for multi-standard frequency grids and for long trips and routes in Europe: in fact its power (1W / 4W) can be changed according to the laws of the country. The Alan 78 Pro can scan available channels and has an EMG key on the front panel for immediate emergency channel 9 selection. The blue backlit LCD display clearly shows the set functions and the S-Meter indicator which shows the rx and tx signal strength. The Alan 78 Pro is high-tech and great even in the fight against noise: Digital Squelch eliminates background noise, and Noise Blanker eliminates persistent ambient noise. The microphone provided is from the Precision Series with up, down and lock buttons. The Alan 78 Pro has sockets for connecting to an external SMeter, to an external speaker and a 6-pin microphone connector.
