The inReach Mini 2 is your travel companion for connecting anywhere. It’s your palm-sized satellite communicator for adventures where size and weight matter. The inReach Mini 2 lets you send and receive messages, track and share your journeys, and, if necessary, send an SOS message to the GEOS 24/7 emergency response center. Combined with the inReach network, your family and friends can always reach you, no matter where you are.

They are available 24/7 to respond to your SOS, track your device, and notify the appropriate emergency services of your location. Pair with your mobile phone

Even more features and convenience can be achieved using the free Earthmate app by pairing your inReach device via Bluetooth® with your compatible Apple® or Android™ mobile phone, which allows you to access maps, satellite images and more. Earthmate also allows you to conveniently use all of the inReach features right on your mobile phone screen. For easier messaging, you can access your address book with just a few taps in the Earthmate app.

Get Weather on the Go

The optional InReach Weather Service delivers detailed updates directly to your InReach Mini 2 or compatible device paired with the Earthmate app, so you always know what to expect on your trip. Basic and premium weather plans are available. You can also request weather for your current location or any other waypoint or destination on your route.

Rugged construction

With a rugged, durable, shockproof (MIL-STD-810F) and IPX7 waterproof housing, the inReach Mini 2 is built to last. This includes an internal rechargeable lithium battery that can last up to 14 days with a 10-minute tracking period and up to 30 days with power save. The device can be charged via a USB-C cable or with an optional car charger.

Flexible satellite subscription plans

An active satellite subscription is required to connect to the Iridium network from your inReach Mini 2. Depending on your usage needs, users can choose an annual contract package or a flexible, monthly plan that allows you to pay for the service only when you need it. Annual plans start at €14.99 to €99.99 per month (additional activation fee), while monthly plans range from €19.99 to €124.99 per month.
