Sigma 50-100mm 1.8 DC HSM Art is a premium mid-range telephoto lens for APS-C sized sensors. Sigma Global Part of the Vision Art Line, the 50-100mm 1.8 is the second lens to feature a 1.8 aperture throughout its entire focal length and, given the APS-C magnification, the lens covers a very useful 75-150mm range. . An improved and slimmer Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) ensures fast and accurate autofocus, while 3 "Premium FLD" and 1 SLD elements produce incredible image sharpness. Like all SGV lenses, each lens is hand-built at our single factory in Aizu, Japan, individually tested before shipment, and works with the Sigma USB dock for firmware updates and focus calibration.
