Compact wide-angle lens

The XF23mmF2 R WR is a wide-angle lens with advanced image resolution that can extract the full performance of the Fujifilm proprietary X-Trans CMOS sensor. It shares a similar size and design with the existing XF35mmF2 R WR, making it a stylish addition to the compact lens collection. The inner focus AF system uses a stepping variklį*1 to control the lens element focus group for quiet and fast autofocus.
The metal exterior gives a premium feel and solidity, while the aperture ring and focus ring have been designed for optimal performance. The lens is also weather and dust resistant, and can operate down to -10°C temperatures, making it an ideal choice for outdoor shooting.

Advanced image quality

The lens consists of ten elements in six groups, including two aspherical elements. The optimal positioning of the aspherical elements ensures a flat image plane and edge-to-edge sharpness. The aspherical elements are used as part of the focusing group to reduce variations in performance between different focal lengths.

This lens can be used with the ventilated metal hood "LH-XF35-2", which is also compatible with the XF35mmF2 R WR.
