Designed for the FUJIFILM G-mount GFX camera system, the GF 20-35mm f/4 R WR lens is a wide-angle zoom offering a 16-28mm equivalent focal length range. This zoom, which covers an ultra-wide and wide angle, is particularly well-suited for landscape, travel and architectural applications, while a constant f/4 maximum aperture maintains consistent performance throughout the zoom range. The sophisticated optical design pairs a trio of aspherical elements with one aspherical ED element and three ED elements to control both spherical and chromatic aberrations for improved sharpness, clarity and colour accuracy. Balancing the optical resources is an internal focusing mechanism that uses a linear AF motor for fast, quiet and precise focusing. A fluorine coating has also been added to the front element to repel moisture, and the lens also features a dust-, freeze-, and weather-resistant construction for use in harsh conditions. There's also a manual aperture ring for intuitive, tactile exposure adjustments, and a command position can be set to control aperture on-camera.
