The CT-S2000 prints at a truly high speed of up to 220 mm per second at 8 dots/mm (203 dpi). Using intelligent Direct Memory Access (DMA), the CT-S2000 optionally prints two-color receipts without delay. Whether your requirements require high-performance receipt printing, perfectly printed tickets and receipts, or a fast printer for printing transcripts - the Citizen CT-S2000 is always the right choice.
The CT-S2000 features a patented 'Spill Shield' to protect against damage from liquids and foreign objects - eliminating the need for additional protective covers used in similar products. The front paper output with integrated automatic cutter ensures that users only produce cleanly cut receipts. If the cutter stops due to objects or crumpled paper, it automatically returns to its resting position using a self-extracting system, allowing users to access it for maintenance. The high-speed receipt printer can handle large paper rolls up to 102 mm in diameter, minimizing media changes and downtime. The full-cover opens with a touch, and receipt rolls of various widths - 82.5, 80, 60 and 58 mm - are changed in seconds: simply insert the roll, close the cover and start printing!
