The BIXOLON SRP-380 series is an advanced 3-inch direct thermal flatbed mPOS printer. Their high reliability and long service life make them particularly suitable for demanding POS applications in the retail and hospitality sectors. The printers not only feature a compact, maintenance-friendly design, but also high print speeds of 350 mm/sec. at 180 dpi (SRP-380), 350 mm/sec. at 203 dpi (SRP-382) or 200 mm/sec. at 300 dpi (SRP-383). They are also rated for up to 70 million lines (MCBF) and the integrated automatic cutter is rated for approximately 3 million cuts.
In addition, the SRP-380 series printers use software with an automatic paper saving mode that allows printing receipts up to 25% smaller, and software that allows automatic adjustment of receipt size, reducing paper from 58 to 80 mm. High-speed connectivity is provided by USB 2.0 and optional LAN (Ethernet), serial, dual-band WLAN (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 (MFi certified) or PoweredUSB interfaces.
