Running Power

Track power data during your workouts by downloading the Running Power app from the Connect IQ store to your smartphone. The Running Power app will provide additional running data such as — pace, vertical swing to determine how much energy you are expending. When you know how much energy you use, you can choose your running pace more accurately, which will help you avoid overexerting yourself. If you have chest heart rate belts such asHRM-Run™,HRM-Tri™, then pairing your heart rate belt with tactix Delta will allow you to see your running power information without using the app.
