Solar-powered toy 'Flying Star Airplane'

The assembled model "Flying Star Airplane" is an educational toy powered by solar energy.

When sunlight hits the small solar panel on the canopy of this biplane, its propeller will start spinning. Unfortunately, this plane won't take off yet: it would need a much more powerful engine, a larger solar panel and a propeller to take off from the runway. This set is designed to spark a child's imagination and show how solar power works.
The model is assembled in about 15-20 minutes, enough for a beginner. The solar panel is already firmly connected to the motor, so no soldering is required. Children under 14 years old may need adult help.
Laser-cut parts made of pure birch plywood are of the highest precision. The model is assembled in just a few steps, no tools required. Wood glue may be required to better secure the parts (glue not included).
The airplane can be decorated and painted in your child's favorite colors! This is a great activity for a children's birthday party, technology class, or holiday program.
The toy works best in open sunlight, but can also work indoors using strong artificial light (50W halogen lamp).
Note: The toy will not work on a cloudy day, in shady areas, in indirect sunlight, or under fluorescent light.

Remove the kit from the box and separate the wooden parts. Assemble the parts following the detailed illustrated instructions. The wires are connected to the solar panel by screwing the screws with your fingers, do not use a screwdriver. The solar panel is mounted on the canopy and the motor is inserted into the hole provided for it. The wooden parts can be varnished or painted.
