Inversion Tarot Cards in a Tin Box US Games Systems

The Inversion Tarot cards are based on Paul Mathison's 1960s Rolla Nordic Tarot. This deck follows the old Marseille Tarot tradition. The illustrations have been inverted - the colors have been reversed (where black is turned white and white is turned black). The illustrations have also been enhanced by adding additional decorative elements.

This pocket-sized deck contains 78 black and white cards and an accompanying 64-page information booklet.

Author Jody Boginski Barbessi is an artist and graphic designer. She studied at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, the same educational institution that Pamela Colman Smith, creator of the popular Rider-Waite Tarot deck, attended. Jody also illustrated the Influence of Angels tarot deck.
