This high-performance flash features a dust-, splash- and freeze-resistant (-10°C) construction in a compact and lightweight body. Kai When used with weather-sealed OM-D series cameras and M.ZUIKO PRO lenses, you can shoot in harsh conditions with peace of mind.
This top-of-the-line high-intensity flash comes with a maximum guide number of 58, and the combination of the camera's in-camera image processor (TruePic) and TTL sync technology ensures optimal lighting for shooting.

Since the flash is equipped with a wireless lighting mode, you can take advantage of high-intensity multiple flash photography using wireless control, allowing you to control groups of up to 4 flashes, select whether a specific group should fire, compensate flash output, and adjust various parameters. Another very welcome addition is the slave function - simply attach the flash to the camera hot shoe and use it as a master flash using the control function.
Of course, the unique "Olympus" high-resolution shooting, focus stacking and continuous focus functions are also supported, and it is now possible to shoot at shorter intervals than before!
The "FL‑900R" has a built-in LED movie light, which is useful when filming with the "OM-D" in low light or backlight conditions. Ideal for lenses with a focal length of 12 mm (24 mm*) or longer.
