This is intended to more precisely equalize the frequency-phase characteristics in the vicinity of the crossover point, if at this point there would be an unfavorable boost of this part of the acoustic band, which most often manifests itself in a stronger exposure of the higher parts of the midrange range. The crossover connectors are designed to easily change the polarity of the tweeters. To lower the signal level of the tweeters and adjust their volume to your preferences, you can use the easy-to-install Excursion XRL resistive attenuators (sold separately) reducing the signal level in the range of 2-10 dB.
