White sage (Salvia apina) is a plant in the mint family used as incense. For centuries, Native North American Indians began cleansing ceremonies and healing sessions by burning dried leaves tied into smudge sticks. White sage is considered sacred and is believed to purify whatever may be present. White sage has a very aromatic, resinous scent that helps with concentration and relaxation.

Instructions: Hold the cone in one hand and the lighter in the other. Tilt the cone to the side and light the pointed end of the cone for 5-10 seconds. When it starts to glow, extinguish the flame and place the cone on a backflow burner (NOT INCLUDED). Enjoy the smoke of the falling stream. For optimal use, keep away from drafts.
