The RF 10-20mm F4L IS STM is the widest zoom lens ever designed with AF for full-frame cameras1With a wide angle of view of up to 130˚, you can expand the frame by 16% compared to a 12mm lens. Capture immersive perspectives and focus on foreground subjects when shooting landscapes.

Distorted perspective

A wide-angle focal length increases the distance between subjects, creating a sense of depth in photos and videos. The RF 10-20mm F4L IS STM does this even better - zoom in and shoot at an ultra-wide angle to see the world from a completely different perspective.

Extra wide, extremely comfortable

The advanced nature of the RF lens mount has allowed us to create the most comfortable ultra-wide AF lens without compromising on quality or performance. At just 570g, the lens weighs 610g less than our EF 11-24mm f4L USM, despite its wider angle of view and optical image stabilisation.

STRONG AND STABLE

Ultra-wide-angle lenses have many advantages, but they don't always stabilize the image in the corners of the frame without distortion. As a result, the image can appear wobbly in the corners of videos and blurry in photos. Peripheral Coordinated Control VR is designed to reduce distortion. Using a new algorithm that detects shake, it maximizes the lens's optical VR, thereby compensating for distortion.

Perfectly reproduces every detail

The image is incredibly clear and low in distortion, and straight lines remain straight even at the edges of the frame. Impeccable sharpness is achieved through a combination of advanced optical elements, including cast glass aspherical elements, UD and 'Super UD' glass, and state-of-the-art optical coatings.
