Ultrasonic focus

The ring-type ultrasonic motor controls autofocus extremely quickly and almost silently. The fine rotary adjustment rings ensure that the focus point is achieved precisely without overexposure. Full manual control allows for precise focus adjustment without having to switch off autofocus mode.

It also reduces flare and ghosting, a common problem caused by light reflected from the camera sensor. The fluorine coating prevents dust and water particles from sticking to the front and rear lens elements and thus ensures optimal image quality.
