StarTech.com Cisco Console Rollover Adapter for RJ45 Ethernet Cable M/F. Connector 1: RJ-45, Connector 2: RJ-45. Product colour: Blue

Convert your RJ45 Ethernet cable into a Cisco Console Rollover cable.

This durable Cisco Console Rollover Adapter is a compact and efficient solution for converting your standard RJ45 Ethernet cable into a Cisco Console Rollover cable. Designed for console management of Cisco routers, switches, access points, and other compatible devices, this adapter simplifies connectivity between your computer terminal and network equipment.

The ROLLOVER adapter eliminates the need for carrying separate rollover cables. Simply connect it to a straight-through Ethernet cable to transform it into a functional rollover cable, reducing clutter and streamlining your networking setup. Ideal for IT professionals and network administrators, it ensures easy access to console ports without hassle.

Please note: This adapter is intended for use with Ethernet cables connected to RJ45 ports already outputting a serial signal. It does not create a COM port or generate an entry in Device Manager. For applications requiring a serial COM port, consider our ICUSBROLLOVR or DB9CONCABL6 alternatives.

Experience seamless, driver-free operation with the reliable and efficient ROLLOVER adapter, your go-to solution for Cisco console management. The adapter conforms to the Yost Serial Device Wiring Standard .
