Mercedes/Porsche Active System Adapter

Active system adapters retain the functionality of the factory enhanced system.

This allows you to connect an aftermarket radio to a system with a factory amplifier while retaining the OEM amplifier and connected speakers by adapting, matching or converting the source's output signals to the OEM amplifier's input signal.

Depending on the vehicle and the OEM system installed with the amplifier, various functions such as, usound or subwoofer settings may be lost.

In individual cases, depending on the OEM system and the retrofitted radio, increased noise or start-up or shut-down noise may occur.

Check functionality before final assembly.
