Metra 70-8117 - amplifier bypass beam
The Metra 70-8117 harness allows you to bypass the factory amplifier in select 2003-2009 Toyota models equipped with the upgraded sound system. This allows you to benefit from the amplifier's built-in power. Simply disconnect the connectors from the factory amplifier, connect the bypass harness, and connect it to your chosen in-dash radio. The speaker wire portion of the harness is 17 feet (approximately 5.2 meters) long, allowing for easy access to amplifiers mounted in the hard-to-reach locations common to many Toyota models.
