Active Audi / VW system adapter

Active system adapters retain the functionality of the factory enhanced system.

This allows you to connect an aftermarket HU unit to an amplified OEM system while retaining the OEM amplifier and connected speakers by adapting, matching or converting the signal source output signals to the OEM amplifier input signal.

Depending on the vehicle and the OEM enhanced system installed, various features such as muffler, sound or subwoofer settings may be lost.

In individual cases, depending on the OEM system and the retrofitted radio, increased noise or switching on or off noise may occur.
