The red wire of the RL-MZ72D kit should have +12V when the car is unlocked (not just when reverse gear is engaged). This system is very sensitive to camera signal input. It constantly measures whether the camera input is receiving a valid video signal. If the measurement is correct, it opens the camera level when reverse gear is engaged. Additionally, if the radio at the camera input experiences any short-term problems (e.g., poor signal or no video signal), it will only open the reverse camera input after the car has been locked for at least 30 minutes.

Check if the camera has the correct +12V constantly, connect everything as described in the description and let the car close for those 30 minutes.
