Adapter for connecting a Subaru rear view camera

A rear-view camera is one of the most practical solutions found in modern cars. It allows the driver to see what's happening behind them. This is especially useful when reversing or parking backwards, when the driver not only sees the position of other cars but also has a view of blind spots. A reversing camera adapter is required to install the camera.

Where can I install the adapter?

When purchasing a reversing camera adapter, make sure it's compatible with both your car model and the camera itself. Our reversing camera adapter is designed for Subaru vehicles such as the Exiga, Forester, Impreza, and STI. The camera image automatically appears on the screen when reversing, but please note that the adapter only works with NTSC cameras.

This cable allows you to connect a rearview camera to your 2008-2015 Subaru. It offers aftermarket Plug Play installation without damaging your factory wiring.

Cable for connecting the rear view camera to the factory monitors in 2008-2015 Subaru models. With this cable, you'll be able to install an aftermarket camera Plug Play without damaging the original wiring.

The image from the rearview camera will automatically be displayed on the screen when reversing. The device is connected to an 8-pin socket (as shown in the wiring diagram). Once connected, all OEM functions that operate using this socket are retained.

Attention! Additionally, an installed rearview camera can be powered from the rear lamp. A constant power supply is not required for activation. If the camera requires more than 6V, connect the camera's power supply directly to the rear lamp power line.

Attention! Only NTSC format cameras are supported.
